At no time shall the personal, confidential or sensitive business information of any visitor or client company be given away, sold, rented, or otherwise deliberately disclosed without prior written consent of the party which owns said information. Furthermore, any DMSF employee or consultant found to be in violation of this policy shall face immediate termination of employment and association with DMSF, with the potential for serious legal involvement. DMSF will pursue serious offenders of this policy using any and all legal resources at the company's disposal in order to rectify any loss of profit or productivity caused to DMSF by the offense.
